Professes to have a sterling track record, what a joke!

<p>I was looking to buy a property for my mum and saw a potential property on the private property website. I enquired about it by populating my details in the relevant field and clicked on the 'call me back' button. The next day, I get an SMS saying “Can you view 6:30pm tonight”. Well so much for my please call me back, not to mention there was no introduction or common courtesy from this estate agent, Johan Hattingh.</p> <p>I politely rep**** by advising the times I was available to see if I could be accommodated. Johan our so called agent responds, ‘Tenant gets hom at 6:30”(no pride in his spelling either). So I ask him, what kind of agent is he that he can’t pick up the phone and call a potential client, after all that is what I requested on the form, a call back, not an sms back. He arrogantly replies that i sent him an sms so he responded the same and what a sterling track record he has and has won several awards and accolades. What a joke! </p> <p>Really?! He had displayed absolutely no professionalism from the onset, no manners or courtesy and still has the audacity to tell me how wonderful he is! I find it odd how all the other estate agents called me back, after clicking on the 'call me back'button but Johan couldn’t.</p> <p>I tried calling his principle Mariana several times and sent her an sms, I'm still waiting.. 3 days later for her to call me back. I work in a corporate sales environment and never in my wildest dreams would I treat a potential client in such a despicable manner. The manner in which this Estate agency operates is dismal. No manners, no respect, completely unprofessional! </p>
