PATHETIC SERVICE FROM JOHAN HATTINGH

<p>Johan sent me an sms to view a property in Summerfield Estate last night , Johan never gave me directions to this estate he just told me its on Samrand street. Me and My Husband drove around like crazy people , johan never bothered to contact me and ask if i found the place i called him a million times and he still never gave me proper directions. eventually i found the place , the people that stay at the property we want to view dont answer they phones at the security gate.i try calling Johan he doesnt answer. Eventually the tenants open for us , we have no idea where to go , as an Estate Agent Johan should direct his clients to the property , he never called me to ask are we inside the complex have we found the place NOTHING!!!! my husband had to ask the security for directions to the property we viewing. We Eventually find the Property but Johan is no where to be found , his phone is then switched off. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?? I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PATHETIC PEOPLE AGAIN! Estate Agents need to keep contact with their clients esp if the client is not familier with the Area. till now i have not heard from Johan. POOR SERVICE!!!!!</p>
