Johan Hattingh's attitude

<p>Last week I tried to contact Johan Hatting regarding 3 properties in Ecopark Estate that I wanted to view. This in itself is a mission as he has a auto reply on his email and NEVER returns your mail. When he eventually does it is very abrubt and rude. To contact him pon his cellphone is impossible he never picks up a call or takes forever to reply. I made an appointment for 11/09/20116 at 5PM to see ONE of the units as he insisted all the complexes within Ecopark Estate are the same (which they are not!)</p> <p>On Sunday afternoon I sms'd him to confirm the appointment (he is too good to do that as an agent!!!) or to possibly move it for a little later. He rep**** that I should cancel as the unit was sold (so much for being pro-active). When asked abouth the other two available units he was totally confused and did not seem interested to help at all. He asked me to pick one from his website, which if he listened to my initial conversation would know about the other two units in Ecopark Estate.</p> <p>After numerous request to call me, as he DOES NOT answer his phone he suggested Monday 6PM. I waited for a whole week just to be pushed forward to suit HIS schedule. I then asked to see Trudey as she is a gem and I have HAPPILY dealt with her in the past. He rep**** that agents don't work on other agents properties and I must let him know when I AM MORE SERIOUS (I am speechless!!!). Johan Hatting, pity Trudey works for you. Your attitude stinks and unfortunately good people, like Trudey, will suffer because of you. You are the most arrogant agent I have ever seen and you are in the wrong industry.</p> <p>Trudey you are amazing, I will take my business elsewhere and I will follow you where you go, but I am done with Centurion Real Estate AKA Johan Hattingh.</p>
