Be very careful when dealing with these people. They do not discuss all the hidden cost and you will be received bills to pay that you are not aware of from the start, especially the water account. What they say before you move in and the account you receive is not the same. When you try to save on water to pay less, it is not going to happen you pay for other peoples use of water as well. Make sure you know all the ins and outs before you move into a unit, because you will find out on the hard way. What they say is different from the reality.
