Centurion Real Estate is a ****

Centurion Real Estate is disingenuous. We took up residence in one of their properties in Eco Park, Clearwater Complex, in April 2016. We have never skipped payment, to date. We have, over the 4 years, asked the agency to fix tiles on the balcony without any response from the agency. Today the agency enlisted a shoddy contractor, who is after profiteering, and went on to take off all tiles on the balcony, yet they were only three broken tiles. After taking out the tiles on the balcony we discovered that there was never/is no concrete; its just dirt and dust there. The contractor and Centurion Real Estate have abdicated their responsibility after we complained to the contractor about her dishonest ways. We think that Centurion Real Estate is in cahoots with the shoddy contractor. The balcony is without tiles or concrete and our children cannot play on the balcony now. This is a health hazard and the place is not fit for human habitation at all. I would appreciate details of the Ombudsman so that I take up this matter further.
