Be very careful when you deal with these people

I moved out of a unit I rented with this agent and now they want me to pay for damages which were there when i moved in and i even documented on the inspection list, and during my stay were never fixed. I bet the tenant who was in that unit before me was charged for the same things, and they didn't fix them now they are charging me for the same things.
