Bad Service -Utterly Disgusted

We made contact noting he advertised the property on the property24, he then kept asking me if I submitted the offer before I even viewed the property. The day before we were supposed to view the property he sms'd saying that an offer was put in on the day and therefore couldnt view the property any longer. a week later I see the property is still up on his website and I enquire again, again he says the offer is still pending and we cant view. called the Agency to compalin and they tell me they cant do anything because he manages the properties on that complex. fast forward to last night he sms' saying we can view another property and then I ask about wood****** and he says theres another offer so we still cant view, today I ask my friend to sms him in afrikaans to view and he responds saying they can come view today at 4pm. This is dispicable and I have no words. I cannot believe he's still operating.
