Bad service and very unproffesional

I saw a property online advertised for R4200, I called an Agent called Kenneth to ask if its still available, he said yes. The following day, I called Kenneth that I would to view the property, he said I can go there is a guy who will help view the property, which I did. The following I called him again to tell him that I am interested in the property, he sent me the forms 6 hours later and on the mail he stated that there is admin fee of R850 that I need to pay, same time I printed the documents, filled them and made an immediate payment of R850, then I sent them to him, guess what he did not even acknowledge the receipt of my documents. The following day I tried calling him, the phone took me to voicemail, I also sent a whtsapp message with no response, I went online on the web found office numbers, I called them without any response, I sent whtsapp messages to the numbers they shared online, after sometime they responded and gave me another email address where I should send the docs again, guess what the email bounced back, then I responded on whtsapp, then they gave me a reception email address and thats where I sent the docs so for me I really feel as if they are unproffesional because how can I be running after them like that and later on the Kenneth blue ticked me on whtsapp and did not respond to me so I sent them an email requesting a refund of my R850, I even cc'd Kenneth but guess what no response.
