BAD SERVICE

I Moved out of a flat that I rented through Centurion Real Estates at the end of April. Then they told me I will get my deposit refund between the 7th and the 14th of May. To this day I have been waiting. Now they tell me that the bathroom and balcony light shades are missing and if I have them I should give them back. Worse part they were never there in the first place and why on earth would I vacate with light shades? I am really ****ed off with these people.
