Bad seriously and maintenance

I had very bad service from Magda, my geyser was faulty and they didn't want to send anyone to inspect it, and to me they won't pay a call out fee yet the plumber lived in the complex and is always available. I had to leave my geyser off for two months because my electricity bill was way to high. After my geyser burst out of the blue the security call the plumber and told him the geyser us leaking and now only something is being done about it, also im still waiting for the toilet to me fix for 2 months now, I'm even moving out. She doesn't want to fix anything in this unit, I hope ill never work with her again
