Centurion primary school

On the 10th of January I went to an interview at this primary school. The principal assured me I have a positions at this school so I called my boss and told her that I found a better job and I needed to start on Monday the 13th of January. So I went to work at centurion primary school the afternoon before I went home the principal called me for an interview again. After the interview I went home then the principal phoned me and told me that they scored me low in my interview and they must take the candidate that has the highest score. The principal also said that my studies is wrong because I study in Afrikaans and had bible study and religious study in university and I won't be able to teach in English because I did my studies in Afrikaans. The Friday I asked the principal are you not going to tell me on Monday you don't have a job then she said to me no I won't do it to you. My question is to how many people did they do this? How are we suppose to get experience in teaching if nobody is considering us or to help us get experience.
