Horrible experience dealing with this company! Very unprofessional in every respect!

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had, from not sticking to the exact time and leaving the roof of my house open overnight and giving me a by the way, I apologize attitude they meant to return later to fix it. Now to get the compliance certificate from them is like pulling teeth. They installed a generator at my house before the lockdown. Now following up with them to get this admin sorted is met with excuses and deflecting and saying somebody will call which never happens.
