Terrible service

I was involved in a bumper bash in March. I went to Centurion panel beaters where the person that gave me the quote said that they have to REPLACE the bumper as it's not repairable because it's plastic. Then I took the car with the quote to the assessor and the claim was approved. The car was booked in on Monday 16 April with Centurion panel beaters. Mr Ettienne who booked the car in said the repairs would take approximately 6-7 days. Today 20 April at 11:46 I received a call from Mr Ettienne to say that my car is done and ready for collection. I took the time off from work to fetch the car just to get there and find that the bumper was "REPAIRED" and NOT REPLACED as was quoted. The scratches is still on the bumper and the dent as well. So the R15000 that the insurance is going to pay for the claim was no to polish the bumper and not REPLACE it as was quoted. This is terrible service.
