Pathetic service, lying and thieving

<p>Where to start took 1 month to get an appointment then eventually took in my car 7 days later bumper repaired. Rear light was then loose. They " didn't work on the lights and the car is a 2008 model so it probably came in that way" next that same light reverse light broken. Once again old car so it probably came in that way. Next my trunk cover was missing, definitely not them it is marked on their "fault list" that the car came in without one. Which is hilarious to me because the my car had a boot cover and the fault list that I signed DID NOT have a missing boot cover. So now my problem. Shocking service rude and incapable staff what a joke that they call themselves a successful business.</p>
