Horrible service by Centurion Panel Beaters

I had an accident on 10 December 2019 and My Car was taken by Centurion Panel Beaters on 07 January 2020 but till to date I have no car. Every time I have to call for a follow up and the last time I called the Guy by the name of Boet he shouted at me and dropped the phone on me while I was still talking. That hurt me and disappointed me a lot because I am working shift and I have no car. Instead of him apologizing to me for taking this long to fix my car he was rude to me. Today is 18 February still I have no car it is not yet done. No one is even bothered to call me and update me.
