Store Staff have no customer service whatsoever

I have always been a loyal customer of your brand even before it was part of foschini group ;however these days it just is another ordinary brand that hires staff that have no customer services or are not interested at all, on 3 occasions i have tried purchasing from your Centurion branch and the girls in that store are very rude and always chatting among each other while people are waiting to be assisted in the store. I went in on the 18/12/2017 at 16:31 requesting a shoe and the cashier just looked at her PC i even walked out this has always been the case at that store and i always opted to go to Mall of Africa as its better . The attitude of those girls is disgusting . Can people at least take their jobs seriously .
