Safety in the mall more especially cover parking

I have visited Centurion Mall yesterday ( 12.12.2017) and my car burgled, ********* tempered with my door key lock and opened the car and ***** my wife and I s belongings which were in two separate bags. What surprised me is the whole incident where it happened there was no security personnel and I was also informed by the Head of the security and supervisor that the cameras don't cover the area where the car is damaged. My question is , are we safe in this kind of the mall which is selectively putting cameras or security personnel?
