Refusing a cutomer a trolley
I wanted to shop at Pick n Pay and being black Friday it was busy. There was no trolley at the shop so I went to the parking area to look for an empty trolley. I found an empty trolley at the parking undercover by Pick n Pay. Just as I was taking the trolley security approached me and told me I cant take it I must go take a trolley from Checkers. When I refused she told me to follow another customer with a Woolworths trolley.
Since when does security have a right to refuse a customer an empty trolley in a parking lot?
That was totally unacceptable and unfortunately Pick n Pay lost a customer today due to the behaviour of that security lady. I just regret not getting her name.
