Public toilets disgusting

The reason I am writing is because of the public toilets that are disgusting you can't even breath when you enter the urinals they are constantly blocked the toilets that you must sit down are even worse. So please can you sanitize and keep them clean someone is going to die and not from carona but some other virus or disease. The worst one is by checkers hyper (Including ladies)
