Poor service

Today I experienced another level of unfriendliness, unhelpfulness, incompetence. I was in the queue to renew my wife's driver license. With all the documents in hand barring an affidavit. But I did have a proxy. This lady works for the wrong reasons. And sent me on my way without giving me a chance to explain. What an unpleasant way to exist.
