Kitwe Dry Cleaners and Centurion Mall that houses them are pathetic

Centurion Mall Management why in the world do you guys house tenants like Kitwe Dry Cleaners?? They are downright rude and pathetic to customers. They products don’t work. They say they will send people to help and they don’t. I’ve gotten no feedback from them and my keys still don’t work. What’s going on guys? So many bad reviews about them and they are still there with the horrible ****** owner that has no way of speaking to people
