16th Nov 2023 ( 16:05) Tfg Tfg Tfg group MARKHAMS CENTURION MALL. Got there asked for assistance with a secondary card and was “supposed” to be assisted by the lady called Joy🙄. Sisters cos I wasn’t bringing money to the business but only to get their card she decided to send me to go to Fabiani “thinking it’s G-star” I mean how can you not know which shops you’re working with being the face even working at the tills? 🤔 I had to make a turn from that Fabiani shop and only to tell that “ohh I forgot it’s Fabiani” and still not assist me😡. I’ve never been this ****ed being taken from pilar to post just cos one is lazy to assist instead referring you to the shops that are not even part of the group.

I’m bored like flipping bored 😡😡😡😡 like she don’t even bother to explain even further. Just “ohh sorry it’s Fabiani, I thought it’s G-star” 🙄and that was it she continued helping others and just stood there… F*@“
