False Advertising of operating hours

To whom it may concern,

I am very disappointed in the blatant dishonesty shown by Centurion Mall - I have had very poor experiences on three different occasions/days at three different services. On Friday 18 May I went to see a movie (Avengers), which started 20:45, however I went earlier to have my parking validated. to my disappointment, the Infrmation Kosk was already closed at 19:50 ...I was under the impression that your trading hours are until 20:00 on Fridays? I had to draw money at the ATM to pay the R5 for parking - not at all what you so dishonestly promise on the radio adverts. On Thursday 24 May I rushed 50km I drive daily from work in order to still find Shoe City open, but when I got to the store the door was closed at 18:49. I had to beg the staff to let me in, to which they responded to me that their watch shows 19:00. Today I was in Mr Price Sports and they closed the door at 16:45. I asked the acting store manager, Stella Saul, if the store closed - then she rep**** that the store only closes at 17:00, but they close the doors at 16:45, yet they do not open the doors a minute before 9:00. I left MR Price Sports at 16:55 and noted that most of the retail outlets' doors are closed and staff gathering their things...those that still had staff members inside. I hold the management of the Mall responsible for this utter lack of discipline and outright lie in the adverts on the radio - I had to pay for my parking and your stores do not close at the times as per your website. My next stop will be 'Hello Peter', the world deserves to know who they are dealing with. And as for my money, that might be best spent elsewhere.
