Centurion Mall unsafe

On Saterday 12 December our vehicle was stollen out of the undercover parking entrance 5 of centurion mall. On requesting to see the manager of the mall after the incident we were refused. We asked to be taken to the control room to obtain footage and were denied. The underground parking have armed security gaurds petrolling the area how is it it even possible that such an act could go un noticed. On Monday morning we called the mall management and were told that the manager would call us back regarding the incident we are still waiting no one has bothered to get in touch with us. I would like to prevent such a incident from happening again as it is totally unacceptable that a vehicle gets stollen from a boomed paying parking area with patrolling security gaurds.
