Centurion Mall underground parking area

I am a regular visitor to Centurion Mall using the under roof parking across the head office of PPS.For some time now there is water in the parking area on the eastern side This has become a hazard for the visitors. This morning with the abnormal rain there now have developed waterfalls coming out of the roof of the parking area making the whole area like a river. How can this be possible the next thing the roof will collapse on the visitors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
