Centurion Mall

On Friday the 6th of November 2020 my car got broken into at Centurion Mall right in front of their offices at Planet fitnness Just Gym. Before and during the incident there were no security, if it was not for the gym manager my car would probably have been ******, as he saw them braking into my car. After reporting the case to the police I went back to Centurion Mall offices and spoke to Rikus, the Portofolio Facilities Manager, about costs to get my car fixed. Rikus told me they do not take responsibility for it but will put in a claim with their insurance. Out of my own, i went to get quotes to get the car fixed and sent it to Rickis for his insurance. On Monday 9/11/2020, still no feedback from Rickus and sent him a mail to follow up as he said their insurance would call me, till date, no response from them.
