Centurion Mall

Had terrible service yesterday 10th of December 2018 at 1 of the ticket machines to exit the mall. Someone jammed the ticket machine and when it was my turn i couldn't exit at the boom. I struggled for 45 min after a security guy came and reset the machine and still it didn't worked. Please fix this.
