Bad service and not Prioritizing customers

<p>So I get to this wimpy at Centurion mall and after ordering a meal, I ask the waitress to please switch channels so I can watch soccer. She went to her manager to get the request approved but it got declined even though no one was watching or interested in the programme that was playing. As a paying customer I'm very much angered and disappointed.</p>
