Bad service

<p>I visited the mall on 03.08.2017 after 5pm and parked at the open parking Cash Crusader entrance side.</p> <p>I spent less than 25min in the mall and upon exit at the boom gate the system indicated that i should pay but when i entered i know that 0-60min if you park on uncovered aea you dont pay .</p> <p>Infront of me there was a car already reversing as there is no provision made for emergency exit.So i was the 2nd car to reverse inconviniencing other shoppers trying to exit.</p> <p>When i entered there were guards at the exit boom assiting another shopper to exit.</p> <p>Why didnt the responsible parking company clearly put notices at the boom gate entrances showing the new parking fees for open parking?They put a small yellow notice saying pay at the parking machines.....Pay what after how long what amount?</p> <p>With my frustration con artists where waiting for me at the standard bank atm next to Cash Crusader and behold they stole my debit card...hoping to withdraw money from my acc...</p> <p>Who ever is responsible for parking and mall security must be vigilant as that mall is infested with ********* now...</p> <p> </p>
