Wrong order and dirty food containers poor service overall and mean staff memebers

I went to McDonald's centurion lifestyle center drive thru and ordered 2 chicken big Mac meals and went to pay and collected my order, when I get home I found I was given beef big Mac and to make matters worse the burger boxes were so dirty and disgusting, I called them and requested that they send someone with the correct order and the lady by the name os Thoko or Sthoko said to me they don't have someone to send and there's nothing they can do, so after shouting for minutes I humbled myself and drove back, I got there asked to the lady I spoke to on the phone and then came a guy who told me that that Thoko person left, I didn't want to repeat myself because I had already explained to this lady, well I told him what's the problem and want refund, he wanted a slip and I left it back at home, I threw it inside the bin, so he said to me he can't refund me because I don't have the slip, he made me even more angry because the lady I spoke with on the phone read me my order when I spoke with her so my order was still on their screen, I told him that and he just didn't want to refund me, I even opened my banking app on my phone to show him, it had the the store name and branch and the amount I paid, and he said to me this does not show the order, I was so furious and shouted like a crazy person I front of my daughter because this person wanted to show me that am nothing and he's the boss, after I drove back after getting the wrong order the first time this guy did not even care and he didn't even hide it, he wanted to prove a point and he did because he still didn't refund me, as am writing here and preparing to go back the 3rd time now to get my refund because I have the slip which I found just sitting there in my bin, so this was the most horrific experience ever, I never been so been disappointed and discusted by an establishment like that, Macdonald's centurion lifestyle center left a bitter taste in my mouth, it was so horrible and the staff are as nasty, it was just disgusting in every level
