Dishonest business practices

A new D10 motherboard was purchased from centurion an the salesman Sidney referred me to his so called best installer a guy named Godwin of Neosure solutions of the Ormonde area .This guy Godwin turns up on site an claims the board is damaged an charges me again another R2000 .I contacted centurion an they deny ever selling us a damaged board.They claim it was a new board . After centurion technicians open up the unit we witnessed clear damage on the motherboard.Components were removed of the board .So between their so called credited installer and their so called qualified technicians at centurion who is passing the buck on who.So now I was charged again R2000 for a new board .Neosure either damaged my board to make a new sale or centurion sold us damaged goods .Both these companies are operating **********ly as now my warranty doesn't stand because I used this installer which I was referred to by centurion in the first place . Absolutely poor customer services and most definitely the worst experience we as a security company have ever witnessed .A bit of advice to both these companies "Honesty is the best policy" and making money is not everything.Honur your contracts and customers and stop using fly by night installers.Bunch of *********** **********.
