Cofi centurion

On the 12 of May 2023 went to cofi centurion of which been there twice. Normally would use toilets everyone uses thou the door won't close because I m paraplegic (Using wheelchair) but I also need privacy. I requested and asked is why the disabled toilet is locked and not in use, was told it's out of order but because I was pressed and the toilets were full then asked to see it, in mind was thinking maybe it's not flushing but it should be clean. To my shock the toilet was disgusting things on the floor immediately I left even now still not okay. Why is that toilet left in that state? but of health reason why was it not cleaned and left in that state to date since it has not been working for long time. It's 2023 for an establishment like cofi not to have facilities that carter for everyone disappointing and disgusted. In the times we live not only abled bodies go out for entertainment everyone does hence we need to accommodate everyone.
