completely unprofessional

I gave them a sample weeks ago and have been waiting for a quote. They have never come back to me despite my repeated efforts to follow up. They won't even take my calls or reply to my emails. All I want to do is fetch my sample. It's clear that I'm not the only one who fell for the positive reviews and now deeply regret it. Wish I'd seen the negative reviews sooner but that's why I'm adding my voice. Stay away from this place.
