Centurion Canvas Pathetic Customer Service

Collected part today after the THIRD promise, only for it to be 30% off of the drawing that I drew WITH the person at Centurion Canvas. This is however not the problem.

He then asked me to bring the physical items that the bag must hold. I challenged that and said if the part was just made to the drawing, it would not be necessary. He the. Developed the most childish, snotty attitude with me.

After confronting him about also proceeding without quoting me as promised before commencing, he gave me a non sensical “we take 10 to 15 working days”. I fail to understand how that is an answer after they already made the completely inaccurate part. Also for the record, I told him I was not in a hurry multiple times. So the only one promising a delivery time and failing three times, was him.

Absolutely pathetic. Pity the owner wasn’t there to see this.

Also after every single failed collection attempt, they committed to phone me for collection which did not happen once.
