Overpaid for bad service
Paid more for a chassis wash than a valet cost. Did not even properly clean the car inside. Mark of dirty washcloth on windows.

04 May 2026, 13:51They claimed I have signed a blue slip with the price on but the only document I signed was the indemnity form that states that my car will be washed in the steam room. No slip with a price was received nor signed by me. Would love to see this slip they claimed I signed and if they do have such slip my signature was ***** and a police case will be opened.

08 May 2026, 15:26Good day, we take note of your allegations. We had an appointment with your husband Friday 8 May 2026 at 15h30. After sending a message to confirm he cancelled at 14h30. We have all the necessary footage that the process was followed correctly. We were quite prepared to show you or your husband the footage. However I can fully understand why you chose not to come and see us, as your behavior and the fact that you screamed infront of staff and customers left much to be desired. We consider the matter closed.
