Still waiting for my certificate

My name is Mmamodise Tiro I registered with the academy 2017 for Assessment certificate by then my last name was Galetlhoboge to get my fact right, this was done By March and it was a 3 month course which I completed in time and we where told that we will be contacted for graduation time as we have to wait for certificate from the assessment college but I followed up with them two month later ,still nothing was said and and after I sent an email that was then that I was told the assessment college had technical problems with their system and we will be contacted as soon as all is well until now , I’m very disappointed as this course I did with plans ahead to use in my position and now I’m just sitting and waiting as they don’t even take effort to update me as to what is happening, this is rustenburg centurion academy ,very disappointed 1 year 6 months waiting for my future!
