Awaiting my certification

I completed my course in conduct outcome based assessment and still waiting for my certification till today and I completed July and received feedback on 11 July 2017 and when I call or go to the college I am always to that I will be contacted by course coordinator totally not happy with the treatment as I can not even include this course in my cv.
