Not keeping to 7 year guarantee

John Gouws from Centum waterproofing and painting also known as The Renovaters painted the roof of my house in 2011 and gave a 7 year guarantee on paint. After a few months the paint started peeling of when it rained and I contacted John. He came to my residence and said that he would send a team to repaint as it is under a 7 year guarantee still. He never came back to me and doesn't answer his phone if I try calling him. He also do not have an adress on his website or invoice documentation
