Zero Customer Support/Satisfaction/Assistance

I have been with Sanlam Gapcover for quite a few years. Since the move to Centriq it has been a nightmare.

I have submitted two claims to them in the beginning of April. One was said it will be paid, the other they said they never received.

The one has not been paid yet and I have no idea when they will pay it. The second they say they never received EVEN THOUGH I SENT IT 4 DIFFERENT times.

How on earth was CentriQ approved by Sanlam, their service, communication and professionalism is egregious!!
