Wrongfully rejected claim

19th of July my brother was short and killed..on Monday the 22nd me and my nephew my brother son went to the government mortuary in Stanger we then removed his body to Rambros and we took the BI and went the home affairs in Stanger. And on the 23rd I went and submitted the all required documents at Capitec branch in Mandeni and on the 25th I received a call from a lady calling me in behalf of Capitec and advised me that my claim was Rejected due to the documents not being Authentic. Shock of my life...I then sent an email to *** on the day I received a call from a guy named Shakkir advises that he was assigned my complaint and the turn around time is 5 working days I waited on the 6th day I received a call from Shakkir he advised that the claim is rejected the documents are Falsified am still confused because I know for a fact that those documents are valid and legit. When I asked where and how was the documents verified and by whom I was advised that an agent from Sanlam advised them that these documents are Falsified. My sister in law was paid by Capitec yesterday for this very same claim with the very same documents how is that possible with falsified documents as per centriq to me. Capitec and Centriq please do right and sort this out I have sent this query further and I will get lawyers involved because my brother was killed you can get that information from anyone if you go to Mandeni or phone Sundumbili. Police station. My claim was wrongfully rejected.as for the Sanlam investigator that advised Capitec to reject my claim and yet Sanlam paid for the very same claim is confusing. I handled my brother's funeral I paid for everything even the Rambros funeral parlour can attest to that.
