Wosrt Gap Cover Insurance

By far the worst and *********** GAP Cover company to deal with.

I have 3 claims that I submitted to them ***/1 ***/2 ***/3

and have recieved nothing but the worst experience ever.

First off all they take forever assessing the claims, then they approved all the claims with the exception of one approved claim which they claimed didn't add up to the amounts stipulated on the medical aid claims.

They went ahead without my consent and cession, negotiated with my doctors and paid my doctors which was already paid by me last year ( that's the whole reason for gap cover ) as doctors don't wait 6 months for payment.

They argument is that I need to sort it out with the doctors myself and get the money back from them . Then after finally going through the claim which did not add up they got it to add up but then rejected it .

It has been back and forth with this useless call center, useless supervisor which is alway in a meeting and never phones back.
