Worst funeral policy ever. Capitec - Centriq Funeral policy claim declined because it is one day short to meet the six months waiting period

In actual fact, it has to be minus 5 rating for Centriq Insurance. I took out a funeral policy with Capitec underwritten by Centriq and this useless Centriq declined my claim because it is one day short to meet the six month waiting period. How cruel and heartless can an institution be, more especially during this covid19 pandemic whereby we are all affected one way or another. Pathetic if you ask me. On the other hand according to Capitec they(Capitec) takes no take no responsibility and accountability on this policy as it is underwritten by Centriq. Capitec just provide Centriq with clients to exploit and prey on, that's it. Don't want to talk about the poor *********** services and not adhering to the turnaround times by Centriq. Appalling and very arrogant staff!!!! Sick!!!!
