WHY DO WE HAVE INSURANCE???????

Had I read these reviews beforehand, I would never have taken a funeral policy out. My son died in June 2023 and they refuse to pay out until they get an autopsy report. They say they will keep the claim open until they get the autopsy report.......I have my doubts. I will probably be dead before then so win win for them. Disappointing to say the least. According to their policy, there is no waiting period for accidental death and they pay double the amount insured.......THEY LIE!!!!! My son's death was accidental.
