Very disappointed in the feedback

I tried to not give any stars because that is what you deserve. As a family we were and still are devistated with the passing of my father. Then we have to struggle with this policy he had with Capitec imencly to try and get the policy to pay out. We understand that the waiting period is 6 months but really I mean he passed away 8 days before 6 months waiting period, not months before. What is something to laugh about should he have passed away by accident the very next day after he policy start you would have paid and never have gotten more payments so actually the thing with accident and natural death is periods are just stupid. For Peet sake 8 days is really not that much, can't you be humane and paid out this claim. Actually disgraceful that you keep saying there was still 8 days to go until waiting period was over, yet 6 payments were made. COME ON PEOPLE really, 8 Days! I simply can not fathom how a company can not have some decency especially in this grieving time.
