Useless company ever

As I am still wait for the payment for the claim that I made on 10th November till now after I buried my cousin with dignity without ant money from capitec till today I regret joining them from day.i trusted them with my family and now they are doing this, I had do go borrow money so that we as a family cab have a dignified funeral as ever BTW they keep on failing us this is so sad people want their money that I borrowed from them that I do not even have.its my second time writing this complaint on hellopeter for the same claim.pleas help me
