Useless and Unreliable.

Worst experience ever then they even have the audacity to make you the ********, did not even have a chance to choose my own insurance from the beginning had to use them thru the movers chose, they are there just to take your money don't give a damn about your goods, eventually after 6 months our goods have arrived at our new destination 4 months late but we were still excited finally its safe or that's what we thought but no... we were totally wrong as we opened up the " sealed up boxes" we realized but these boxes does not look the same like the day we stood by them when they pack the boxes before shipment yet to realized half of the boxes was half empty and they replace the ****** goods with their brand packing papers so we start investigating and can see how they cut open the boxes by removing their sticker tags stole the items not one or two no more then 300 items from kids toys, shoes ,clothes to our shoes, tools watches, money collectibles etc. just to many to mentions and still in counting and all replaced with packing papers and re-taped sticker between layers of tape even some boxes repacked over in still their boxes with other hand writings on, now we try to claim from the insurance and they make us out to be the *********.

So disappointed in them words can not describe and we paid expensively for them. Why do you pay for insurance if they have thousand reasons not to pay back?

Best advise always read the reviews before you use someone, just checked Centriq Insurance reviews and it speaks for itself.
