Unpaid policy claim with all the relevant documents but still you are making me go back and forth for my money 😑

I had an insurance policy at Capitec bank, date of the event was the 30th of June 2024 then the date of claim was the 5th of July 2024.

On the 9th of July I received an amount of money that is short which they said it’s for the natural process so I must wait for 5 days then the accident amount will be paid, the 5 days passed they came up with another 10 days meaning it’s 15 days even after that they said we must submit postmortem whereas we submitted everything that we were given by the detective and the doctor.

There’s back and forth with everything so then the doctor wrote a preliminary report and I submitted the report on the 29th of July 2024 and guess what two days after I’m doing a follow up they now say they want another report knowing that it will take time.

I’m starting to lose my patience now because even the short amount that I got we had to make means to top up now we need to replace the money that we used for the funeral now you guys are not paying me my money whereas there are documents, numbers of the detective handling the case even the doctor they said you can contact them for inquiries.

Maybe it will be best if I involve lawyers since you don’t want to pay me my money 😡
