Unpaid Insurance claim.

I still have not got any feed back from Centriq Insurance, after timeless efforts contacting them, regarding my case. I previously reached out and it seems my story has fallen on deaf ears. I was Hijacked, and when the time came for my Insurance to do its sole purpose, the total opposite occured. I am now stranded, though I have still maintained my monthly instalments... Please help.
