unhappy with capitec Insurance Funeral policy

Hello Peter My Name is Zameka Jojo Id No *** 083 I am residing at No 53 feraday street Vanderbijlpark i had funeral policy with Capitec Bank and i covered my Mother and my niece and they both passed away, my Mother passed away on May 2022 my niece passed away on June 2022 i submitted all the relevant documents to cancel a policy because they did note finish the waiting period of six month, from June, August, September, October Capitec Bank is deducting money from may account i reported the matter in Vaal Mall branch i meet a lady called Adelaide Radebe she promise to resolve the matter till to day the matter unresolved please help me i want all my money back thank Contact No. ***Email. ***
