Unfair denied claim

It's sad when a loved one passes on and it's worse when you don't get a claim paid out. Apparently when you insure your in laws with capitec, they consider that as no relation. My sister in law claimed for my late brother Khaya Kempele but her claim was denied for that fact. Her ref is ***. Although she contributed to the funeral expenses, capitec does not consider her family. I am very disappointed with capitec and centriq insurance. I was called a couple of times by capitec to confirm the relations but that was in vain. They are so quick to accept clients coming to get policies but it's a mission to pay.
